I made a mistake in my order!
Ruh Roh! It happens, no worries. Make sure to contact us as soon as possible. Some of our products are printed on demand so the sooner you contact us, the better. We cannot guarantee that we can stop the order.
How do I check the status of my Order?
Most of our products are custom made to order, like our apparel, mugs, etc. Because of this, most orders take 5-12 business days to be delivered to you (US). Depending on the time of year, it could be longer due to demand. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification and tracking number. If you need more info, you can email us.
What is your return/exchange policy?
We have a 30 day return policy, so you can return your product if it is unused and unwashed. If you have a defective product and want to exchange, send us an email and we will take care of it right away. There is a $5.00 per product restocking fee per product and shipping is not refunded.
Help! I'd like to cancel my order.
Our products are printed on demand. In some instances, orders are printed within 12 hours of purchase. So cancelling orders are dealt with on a case by case basis. If you miss the 12-24 hour window, your order will be fulfilled and shipped out to you. If you'd still like to cancel the order, you would need to ship the products back to us and we will refund you the cost of the products minus shipping and $5.00 per product restocking fee.
Do you offer discounts or coupons?
Yes! We do run discounts and specials and we also have coupons sometimes. If you subscribe to our newsletter you will get those coupon codes delivered right to your email so you can take advantage of those savings!
I've not received my order! What gives?
Some of our products are printed on demand, so once we get your order we start to produce it. Because we do this made to order, it can take a bit longer to get your order. The average time for print of demand products like shirts, mugs, etc is 5-12 days (depending on the season).
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to worldwide!
I only got part of my order!
We work with 3 different facilities in the USA. Sometimes your order may contain items stocked or printed in separate facilities. But no worries, you will get your items. If you have any questions, feel free to email us.
